Dear Friends,

After much thought and prayer, I feel God is leading me in a new and different direction in my life, and so I will be stepping away from photography after my 2015 Fall season is over. Therefore, I am not accepting any new seniors after October of 2015. I have LOVED working with all of my past seniors and their parents, and this is bittersweet because I love photography and love my seniors! However, for this season in my life, I feel a strong pull to serve in areas of women’s ministry, and to be able to spend more time there. I’ll continue to do online Photoshop mentoring, and offer my continued friendship to the many dear friends I have made in this industry. I love you all! <3 To my senior parents, thank you for allowing me to be a small part of one the most special years of your child’s life. It was an absolute honor.

With warmest wishes,  Susie

goodbye thank you

Joey | Lincoln-Way Central High School | Class of 2014 | Indianapolis Senior Photographer

I couldn’t have been happier when Joey came to me for his senior pictures!  I was fortunate enough to get to photograph his older brother, Tommy, a couple of years ago, too!  This family is so special, and I am blessed to get to document the senior year of their kids!  🙂

Joey is the most easy going, awesome young man, who made his session a blast!  He is a fantastic athlete, and as I write this, he is beginning his Freshman year playing baseball for Concordia University Wisconsin.  I am so excited for him, and know that his character and integrity will be a huge influence on all who meet him!  Have a great year, Joey!!  And thanks for letting me be a part of your Senior year!

Joe | Providence Catholic High School | Class of 2014 | Indianapolis Senior Photographer

What a fabulous shoot I had with Joe!  Besides being brilliant, he is one of the most humble, friendly guys you’ll ever meet!  Joe was so easy going, and as the shoot progressed I could see he was more and more at ease with the whole thing—and I think it shows in the final result!

I also love what he brought to wear!  He really had such good style—both casual and dressy.  Solid colors and plaids that worked so well, and bringing a guitar as a prop definitely added a touch of something personal.  We got to really show a little of Joe’s talent as a musician, as well as his obvious bent towards modeling!  😉

Joe (and Kerry, too), thanks for one of the most fun shoots ever!  You are amazing!

Evan | Lincoln-Way East High School | Class of 2014 | Indianapolis Senior Photography

I absolutely loved my senior session with Evan!  He was so easy going, and I think he found his inner model coming out during our session.  🙂  I wonder if he ever realized just how photogenic he is??

Evan is an excellent baseball player, and will be playing for Dallas Baptist University this Fall.  It has been such a blessing to his family to see God work everything out for Evan to be exactly where he belongs!  It’s all very exciting!

Evan, thanks for such a wonderful day!  You rocked it!

Tyler | University of Illinois | Class of 2013 | Illinois and Indianapolis Senior Photography

It was an absolute pleasure to take Tyler’s college senior pictures!  It was a good thing I had my step ladder with me, because I sure needed it with Tyler!  Most guys can only dream of all that height!  🙂

Tyler has now graduated , and is out in the “real world” working for The Navigators.  What a fantastic Christian ministry to be associated with!  He not only now ministers to students at the University of Illinois, but his awesome musical talent allows him to use his gifts in worship, too!  Tyler, I know your parents are so proud of you.  It is a joy to see what a fine young man you have become, and it’s wonderful to see you doing such valuable work!  Thanks for such an awesome photoshoot—you were great!!Senior Guy
